Love to you all. I want to talk about the power of the mind and the ways in which your imagination is capable of magical things. This theme is one which really resonates with me, I try and teach this to those around me, to allow them to understand the true beauty of the physical mind.
How Can My Imagination Help Me?
Just ask yourself what your imagination does. The things that go on inside your head are completely different to every soul you know. Your imagination is completely unique and special, it is so very valuable. If you allow yourself to picture things, imagine yourself in certain situations and really, truly believe them, you are then putting your mind to great use. Your imagination creates your future. Everything you think about is like a magnet of everything that happens in your life. This is called the law of attraction.

Live Knowing Your Life is the Best You Could Make it
If you put this into practice, you will begin to see results. When I first learnt about the law of attraction, I started off with little things and I really noticed a difference. I think patience is key, as it is with everything in life. Once you know what your capabilities are, let your imagination run wild.
Narrow down your wishes, focus on one main thing which you really want and picture what your life would be like if you have it, imagine yourself there. I also believe this is a great way to connect with yourself, as it allows you to focus your mind on really staying present.

Hello all. A huge happy Mother’s Day to all of those wonderful mums out there, especially to my own mum. Today, my theme is love, as it is rather topical at the moment.
Recently, I have been reminding myself how important it is to spread love around you. If you keep giving love, you will receive it back. We all deserve love. On a recent forest walk, I came across a giant acorn, which left me feeling insightful.
I believe there is a lot of significance behind this quote. It is a great reminder that we are surrounded by beautiful nature, if we allow the feeling of love in, we will be a lot more open to seeing this.
Even though I do believe in all things beautiful, I like to think that I am down to earth. I am quite aware of what is happening around me, however, I am a dreamer. If there is something I want to achieve, I believe in myself and imagine it until it happens. The reason behind why I am sharing this with you, is because I want you to know that anything is possible, so long as you think you are capable. I have mentioned self belief before, I really feel self confidence is something we should be proud of.
Dream it, wish it, do it.
When I look at this picture, I see wonderful things. When you really take time to appreciate what you have, you allow yourself to let the love in. The sky is a magnificent wonder, the universe is a mystery. We can all create the lives we want to live. Our souls only live in this physical human body once, so we have to do what we want to do.

Dreams… We All Have Them
When I say “dreams” I am referring to our aspirations, our goals and wishes, not the stories we live through while we sleep. Everyone you meet will have their own ambitions in life, something they wish to achieve. I believe we should always encourage our loved ones to strive for the best. If one of your friends tells you they want to do something, cheer them on and support them. We are all different people in different emotional states. So, if you tell one person that you don’t believe they are capable of doing something, they might be even more inspired. However, some may take this to heart, and any source of discouragement may make them question themselves and fill them with doubts.

Do What YOU Want To Do
You are your own person. I am my own person. We are in control of our own lives. We decide what we want. Obviously, when we are younger, we look up to older figures (parents and teachers) who guide us in the right direction. However, the message I am trying to get across is: Don’t let anyone tell you you can’t do something.
Sometimes, we think we really want to go to a certain place, but things keep happening which make it hard. I believe this is the universe telling us that it may still be right, but just not the right time yet. Everything happens for a reason. If you just keep on believing in yourself and working hard toward your goals, your dreams really will come true.
Living, laughing, loving. Taking time out for yourself every once in a while is so important for your mind and soul. We are continuously on the go – socialising, working. I believe we should take a deep breath, embrace our surroundings and have a moment to focus on ourselves.
Looking After Yourself
From a young age, I was always taught by my parents to look after myself. A few years back I would have thought this just meant my physical appearance, keeping fit and healthy. Over time I have realised that this actually means my state of mind and inside my body, rather than just the skin I am living in. We all have a soul, our body is just the physical carrier of it. Therefore, keeping your spirit in good shape is just as crucial as your body for a truly happy and healthy life.
Treating yourself with words of love is where you should begin. Instead of putting yourself down and pointing out your flaws, accept you for who you are and work with what you have. Each and every one of us is unique. You are all special in your own beautiful way. Starting with self loving from the inside will make a world of difference in how you feel on the outside.
I have previously mentioned how much you will benefit from listening to your thoughts and reflecting on how you are feeling, perhaps at the end of each day. This time alone allows you to reconnect with yourself and prepare yourself for the blessings that the next day will bring you. Before you sleep at night, just lay or sit quietly for a few minutes, try this everyday for a week and then notice how different you feel afterwards.
